Caravel Library Book-fair at Barnes and Nobel

Two new books in the popular Diary of the Wimpy Kid series and The Inheritance Cycle are coming out this month! Get these books on hold now using the library catalog.

2011- 2012 book club

We kicked off this years book club with a large turnout! Thank you all for coming and I look forward to meeting with you all this year.

5th and 6th grade your book for October is a Baseball book as it was highly requested Batboy by Mike Lupica.

7th and 8th grade we are going to be selecting Dystopia Novels, please check the catalog resource list for a long selection of titles choose one and we will discuss the thematic differences and plot similarities!) A couple of choices include: Hunger Games, Matched, Girl in the Arena, Salt.

Please pick up a copy of your book at either the public library, our library or Barnes and Noble.

I hope you all enjoyed the yummy brownies and pretzels, if you want to have snacks at future meetings please sign up to bring them in. Sign up sheets are available in the library.
